Remember when I wrote about my same experience with my I phone. I even lost a daughter over it. lol. Then I found myself at the AT and T store crying at Christmas time with I phone in hand. I too found an angel there. Now I can't give my I phone up. I am in love with it. Just keep trying a little at a time. You will get it. Oh and by the way, I got a high upgrade on my old computer back when I had problems too. We will learn it. Great story Miss Dazey, My friend.
